Candidates have been flooding with questions of when Jamb Direct Entry registration form will commence, we can now confirm that JAMB Direct Entry registration form 2017 is now online now on www.jamb.org.ng. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)
The 2017 Jamb Direct Entry registration Portal has also been enabled so that interested candidates can register and fill their JAMB Direct Entry 2017 form. Please note , the form will not be accessible until Monday 10th July, 2017.

Why JAMB Direct Entry? The Jamb DE is a special process which allows candidates to swap to degree Awarding institution. The DE is mainly for candidates already possessing a diploma certificate. Candidates who gain admission into the any university via the Jamb direct entry will begin from 200 level in their university of choosing provided they meet all the Jamb DE admission requirements

How Much Is JAMB Direct Entry Form 2017

Candidates applying for  JAMB Direct Entry  2017 should note that the scratch card costs NGN5,000. only

Requirements for JAMB DE 2017 Online Registration
Candidates applying for Jamb DE must possess either of the following certificates listed here:Cambridge A Level, B Sc, HND, ICAN, ND, NCE, OND and IJMB.  Candidates possessing any of the diploma certificates listed above would be admitted provided they Pass the direct entry examination and possesses the institution requirements

JAMB DE Requirements

(a) A minimum of five (5) GCE/WASCE credits at not more than two sittings with at least two Principal or Advanced level G.C.E. and the others.
(b) Two passes at the IJMB Advanced Level Examination, Cambridge moderated Schools of Basic Studies Terminal Examination, JUPEB or Institute of Baccalaureate from recognized institutions with SSCE/GCE, NTS/NBC credits equivalent in three other subjects (SUBJECT TO UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS).
(c) Passes in two major subjects in the NCE with S.S.C.E., NTC/NBC credits or equivalents in THREE other subjects (mainly for Education Courses) and ND. Education may be accepted as a third A’ Level subject for those taking courses in Education. (d) Minimum of lower credit grade in
(d) Minimum of lower credit grade in National Diploma or National Innovation Diploma including the O’Level requirements. (e) Candidates are to note that they will be required to provide their JAMB

How to register for JAMB 2017 Direct Entry

JAMB Direct Entry 2017 formTo register online for the JAMB 2017 direct entry, candidates can purchase the Direct Entry e-PIN from any of the following places; Zenith Bank, Skye Bank, Union Bank, First Bank, NIPOST and JAMB offices nationwide at the cost of NGN5,000 (Five thousand Naira) only.

Registration fee for the 2017 Direct Entry is Five Thousand Naira (₦5,000) Candidates will also be charged Five Hundred Naira (₦500) only to obtain the reading text- ‘‘The Last Days at Forcados High School’‘ for Direct Entry Candidates.

⇒Keep confidential your Jamb DE scratch card details such as registration numbers, password/numbers of ATM Cards, e-mail addresses and E-Pins.
⇒DE candidate must create a JAMB profile on the JAMB portal through JAMB Mobile App available on Android, Windows and iOS platforms OR on the JAMB portal: www.jamb.org.ng. Name. date of birth, personal e-mail address and place of origin are required to create the profile.

⇒Candidates are expected to collect his/her e-slip at the end of registration as evidence of registration.
You may also have to pay a token at Registration centres, As a practice, Centers are allowed to charge not more than Seven Hundred Naira (₦700) only as registration Any centre that charges more than Seven Hundred Naira (₦700) should be reported to JAMB for appropriate sanctions
